kx89 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Definitions

The following words are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

2.2 Registration Process

3.1 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Please keep the following in mind:

kx89 will not be held responsible for any loss or unauthorized transaction resulting from shared login details.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be cancelled and bonus funds will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Closure Request

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Any remaining real money balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonus funds that have not met their conditions will be considered void.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳300.
• The deposit account must be registered in your name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Funds will be reflected in the account after the deposit request is successfully completed.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical error, please notify the support team.
• To prevent money laundering, additional verification may be required for suspicious deposits.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Account KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• If bonus conditions have not been met, the real money deposit can be returned, however the bonus portion is not withdrawable.
• kx89 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious activity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The first deposit must be at least ৳300.
• The combined total of the bonus and deposit must meet a 20 (twenty) times wagering requirement.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit upon registration only.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each bonus offer has a specific wagering requirement and expiry period — see the offers page for details.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time (unless explicitly stated).
• Using low-risk or loss-neutral betting strategies for the purpose of earning bonuses is prohibited.
• If bonus fraud is found, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• kx89 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus.

5.3 Free Spins and Special Offers

kx89 may from time to time offer free spins, cashback offers, or tournament bonuses. These offers have their own detailed terms which are published alongside the offer. If there is a conflict between the terms of a special offer and the general terms, the terms of the special offer will take precedence.

6.1 Game Control

All games on kx89 are operated through the technology of third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and unbiased results. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, kx89 will resolve the matter according to its records.

6.2 Betting Limits

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

8.2 VIP Terms & Conditions

kx89 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time. Cashback is calculated every Monday and credited to your account. There is no wagering requirement for cashback. VIP benefits may be revoked in the event of a terms violation.

9.1 Service Limitations

kx89 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but kx89 will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by the following:

• Technical issues, server downtime, or internet outages
• Failure of third-party software or services
• Unplanned maintenance work
• Temporary suspension of service due to legal or regulatory reasons
• Natural disasters or force majeure events

9.2 Liability for Gaming Losses

Gaming is a high-risk activity. kx89 will not be directly liable for any financial losses incurred by players. It is entirely the player's own responsibility to play within their budget and ensure responsible gaming. Use deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion features to help keep losses in check.

If an account is closed for a valid reason, any unrestricted real money balance will be returned.
